We have 5-ton bridge cranes to move heavy equipment and a 150-ton hydraulic press to dismantle large equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Every tool and piece of equipment is tested before it leaves our shop.<\/strong> In addition to the test equipment needed to qualify as an Ingersoll Rand service center, we have developed and installed test equipment unique to our shop. We have a running torque tester for multi-horsepower air drills, a pump test stand to test against head, and lead extrusion test for heavy percussion tool, such as paving breakers.<\/p>\n<p>TSS also has the capability to rebuild and oversize parts in-house. Our machine shop includes two internal grinders, an external grinder, a cylinder hone and two lathes.
